I am rejecting the response for the following reasons*** has not
been honest on several occasionsWhen I spoke with here on 2/6/We
agreed that I was going to sublet the town homeI gave her the remote
and KEPT the keyI paid ***'s portion of February's rentI went later to clean the town home and found a lock box on the door. When I let
her know that we had someone interested that would be by to start the
application process, she said
she was going to lease the town homeThat was 2/9/15, I was paid up, in
full through February! I know it's her word against mine, but I had a
witness go with me and he is willing to testify to the factsDalewood
properties should be lucky that I'm only asking for a reduction of the
balance by $
