I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below This response would be fine, had his response been trueThis has been an ongoing situation with multiple contacts since March 1, In addition to that, the issue still days later has not been resolvedThey told me they would write off my account balance and provide me with a zero balance letter, so that I have proof that all of this took place since they refuse to respond to my emails, refuse to be recorded, and will only speak with me briefly via telephoneI have not yet received any sort of paperwork stating my account balance has been written off or that I have a zero balanceI am in limbo with this and I have reached out three times, once a week for three weeks (8/8/16, 8/15/16, and 8/22/16)I shall be reaching out again today, 8/29/ Regards, [redacted] ***

This response would be fine, had his response been true. This has been an ongoing situation with multiple contacts since March 1, 2016. In addition to that, the issue still 25 days later has not been resolved. They told me they would write off my account balance and provide me with a zero balance letter, so that I have proof that all of this took place since they refuse to respond to my emails, refuse to be recorded, and will only speak with me briefly via telephone. I have not yet received any sort of paperwork stating my account balance has been written off or that I have a zero balance. I am in limbo with this and I have reached out three times, once a week for three weeks (8/8/16, 8/15/16, and 8/22/16). I shall be reaching out again today, 8/29/2016.
