I am rejecting this response because: While true I finally did get by deposit back it took threats of legal action and constant communication in order to do so I was told many times the check was in the mail only never to receive it I was "difficult" because I had paid
for and told I would be delivered a puppy from Sandy which did not happen

The mom we are talking about is Mea
Mea gained weight and showed all signs of being with puppies
It is a policy of the Pughouse to X-ray all expecting females
*** was shown previous exray of past moms and they were explained to him how to read them
On December 15,@ 12:am *** emailed me a very abrupt email stating he knows deposit isn't refundable
At that point I felt no need for any further communication with ***
I'm perfectly willing to offer *** a summer pug puppy at currency price of $minus his deposit he paid of $Balance due from *** would be $
The Pughouse has done every thing possible to insure Mea was breedUnfortunately it didn't take

I would ask *** to remove his complaint to your company if he excepts my offer of a summer pug puppy at current price minus his deposit paid

The PugHouse's response to my complaint is not accurateI explain in the details of my complaint the email chain of communication and what responses I received and when I received themI feel the PugHouse's response to my complaint is misleading and tries to imply that there were no issues in their communication to meFor example, their repsonse indicates I sent an abrupt email on 12/at 12:13.15amThe full text of that email is belowI don't feel that is an abrupt email and I think a response from the ThePugHouse was warrantedThe timing of when emails are received and the clarity (or lack thereof) of their content is certainly relevantI have yet to receive an apology from the PugHouse regarding this matterI won't be seeking a summer puppy at the now increased total price of $

Hi Sandy - This email is to inform you that unfortunately name here and I can longer proceed to purchase a pug from The Pug HouseWe are clear on the fact that our deposit is not refundableI would like to spell out below our reasons for this decision so you understand our position and potentially this feedback is helpful to you for future customers
First off our basic assumptions
1) We were on a list for one of Mea's puppiesWe understand it was unknown how many puppies and what sex they were at time of our deposit
2) Mea was due Dec 6--
3) Mea's mate for these puppies was Peter
The reason for us to withdrawn is related to the lack of communication prior to Dec - and the confusing nature of your responses
1) We received no word on Mea's status prior to my asking for an update on Dec where you communicated due date was Dec - and wellness and xray were scheduled for Dec
2) We received no word on Mea's status until I sent an email on Dec where you communicated "I'm thinking of making a wellness check for moms after xmas." Your reply made no sense to meWhat moms are you referring to here?
3) I sent a followup email on Dec 14th with more specific questions which you did mention that it turns out Mea wasn't pregnantI don't understand how days before Mea's expected due date you determined via xray that she was actually not pregnantCertainly there should have been a lack of visible signs (lack of distended belly, lack of changes in nipples, lack of increased appetite) that would have indicated to you prior to Dec that she in fact was not pregnant
4) In the same reply on Dec 14th you mention "Have mommies due January/February, so everyone is on hold for new litterSorry for the delay." This is both a confusing and frustrating responseAgain what mothers are you referring to? Why are you not being forthcoming with more information about the situation with Mea and these other mothers? How would I have any confidence that in January/February we won't be repeating this same situation? Why are you not being proactive and saying what place we are on the waiting list? "Sorry for the delay" shows very little concern for how we might be processing all this information
Again the spirit of this email is to be clear with you our reasons for not proceeding and help you with addressing communication differently for your future customers
