Puliz packed our home and is in process, hopefully, of finalizing our move from *** to ***. We cannot get any information or a returned call.
We have a signed contract for $18K to move all of our belongings from *** to ***. The move started on Friday June 16th with packers, continued Monday the 19th, and Tuesday the 20th. All our belongings were put on three separate trucks and were completely removed from our home on Tuesday June 20th. The promised delivery date was June 24th-June 27th. We have not heard from anyone at the company since Tuesday June 20th, and today is June 28th. We do not know where our items are or if we will ever see them again. The movers did an awful job of wrapping our items and loading them on the trucks. A giant chair fell out of the truck and almost landed on one of the movers. Luckily he saved himself with his quick reactions. Our salesman, Tyler, will not respond to voicemails, texts, or emails. We are completely in the dark.

Desired Outcome

I want my goods delivered to my new home. I want a substantial refund from Puliz. I want a claims agent to assist with all of my claims of damaged goods, and I want an apology and recognition of the atrocities we have experienced.

We are truly sorry for the difficulties that The *** experienced during their relocation. Their delivery spread was from 6/24/17 thru 6/27/17 and their goods were actually delivered on 7/7/17.

Unfortunately we are not the correct organization to answer this complaint. The *** contract is with *** located in ***.

***, as the local *** rep, was responsible for packing our whole home as well as scheduling the delivery of our goods. Their horrific packing job and lack of response to phone calls, texts, and emails are directly their responsibility. I filed my complaint on 6/28/17, a day after our goods were scheduled for delivery, as of that date I received zero communication from ***. Their sales representative promised a partial refund as well as a claims adjuster present when our goods were finally delivered, and none of that ever happened. I had Greg *** cell phone and did not receive reply's to my texts or voice messages left on it. This was the worst responding company I have ever seen and their packing and loading of our items lacked care and resulted in numerous broken pieces. I am waiting on a partial refund and expedited claims processing promised by ***.

Per our conversation on Friday this complaint needs to be made directly to ***. We are a local agent of *** but not authorized to respond to this complaint.

I have attached a copy of the signed bill of lading. This shows that the contract is directly between the *** and ***.
