We have used *** and Puppy Den for almost ten years She's the best groomer on the Eastern Shore, and she's very kind and gentle with our dogsThey always look amazing after she's groomed them, and our tempermental Scottie always comes home happy and perky from his "spa day." Additionally, one of our dogs was a rescue she had Her work with breeders she knows personally as well as rescue work has made a large impact in our area The vet she uses is our personal vet, so I have confidence in the care and the quality of health she provides for her babies

I have been using The Puppy Den for years for both grooming an boarding my two dogs and could not be any happier with their service. After a few negative experiences from OTHER local groomers and boarding facilities, I was delighted from the very first time I picked my dogs up and they didn't seem shaken up or scared to even now when they are excited to walk into the store.
[redacted], the owner, has always been kind, loving, gentle, and accomodating to my dog's needs (be it while they're getting groomed or being boared) and it's reassuring to know that I am leaving my two "fur children" in the hands of someone I know is taking care of them and looking out for their best insterest.. My dogs are comfortable around not only her, but the rest of the staff as well.
They're grooming is impecable and never once have my dogs come in with a bad or choppy "hair cut". When I pick them up from getting groomed they are happy, clean, cut the way I asked, smell wonderful, and dawn an adorable bandana. Having two dogs, grooming can get expinsive, but their prices are amazing- especially for the service you receive.
The same goes for their boarding, they make the effort to spend time with the boarded dogs to make sure they are as comfortable as possible, and give them ample time outside. Their boarding facilities are nice and clean, and are more like cubicals than kennels. They are well lit and not just fencing on a concrete slab. As with the grooming, their boarding prices are very much affordable.
I can not speak highly enough of this business, the owner, staff, customer service, and prices. If you have not checked out The Puppy Den, please do so!!!

The staff was professional, friendly and helpful allowing me and my husband lots of time to handle and play with our choice of puppy before making our choice. The puppy is healthy and well socialized and joyful. I would highly recommend the Puppy Den as a place to purchase privately home raised well socialized puppies.

We LOVE the Puppy Den!!! [redacted] is so wonderful and kind. They do an incredible job every time we bring our dog for cut, shampoo or nail clippings. We even have our dog trained that he jumps up and down and spins in circles when we ask if he wants to go see [redacted]. He loves going! They always do a great job and are always friendly and efficient. I would recommended this place to everyone. Also, the prices are very reasonable!
