Review: The puppy was sick before buying her from the store and that wasn't disclosed. The puppy experience offered to pay any vet bills if I used there vet in [redacted] or [redacted] which is over 45 minutes away from me either vet. In the first month of having the puppy I have been back and forth to there yet 6 times the dog was put on two different medications the last being harmful to humans and I have two young children. I spoke to [redacted] from the Puppy Experience twice regarding this the last time I discussed the breeder that he bought the dog from has numerous violations from the USDA and his response was I get all my havanese from there. I have to take a number of days off from work and travel back and forth to [redacted] of which this is currently not over the dog still has [redacted] which has to be continuously checked every 3 weeks for a fee of $30 for a stool sample each time. Due to the illness of the puppy I’m unable to board her anywhere and when I went away had to pay a pet sitter to come to my house even though they offer free boarding at the puppy experience.Desired Settlement: I would like some kind of refund the dog isn't going back but I would have never paid 543.00 for a sick dog

Review: On 7/**/14i purchased a Puggle puppy from puppy experience in the amount of $1,357.81. I contacted [redacted] on 8/*/14 due to getting a bill for $3,026.04. [redacted] never mention the interest that was in regards to the loan. When I spoke to her about it she was very rude and hung up the phone with me. But she did reassure that the amount was only $1,357.81 that I would be paying. Also a lot of the puppies are sick and look very malnourished. Something needs to be done about that. I've see in the past that there is plenty of Abad reviews about them.Desired Settlement: Only want to pay $1,357.81 which I was told and no more than that.
