In reference to the above claim, I have spoken with the complainant on this issueWe sell tickets online for the bigger national shows there is always a disclaimer online that there are no refundsWe try to accommodate peoples wishes and they purchased VIP which included premium seating, which they had right beside the stage, a personal table and server so they would not have to be inconvenienced and meet and greet with pictures with the artists and autographsAll the Vip customers received all the above itemsThe show was not sold out so it seemed that they could have just paid general admission and received the sameWe have no control over the Musicians and when they choose to do the VIP and picturesThey are musicians that travel the country and times change from show to showIf the show would have been sold out they would have never complainedThey received what they were promised and therefor are not entitled to any refundsThank You Scott Johnson Owner

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Actually, I would have the same complaint regardless of whether the show sold out or notThe fact of the matter is that we purchased VIP package tickets under the assumption and according to the details in the description on the website in which we purchased them from (not from the details the owner is now giving)He makes it appear that we had some way of knowing that there was a very good chance that we could have taken a chance and not bought VIP tickets, and still gotten all the same things without buying themHad we known that, we would have taken that chanceObviously, we didn'tIf that were the case, why would anyone have VIP tickets ever? He is making it seem like I knew all of this was going to happenI absolutely did notI understand that this bar has big name bands there sometimes, but they need to understand that sometimes fans come there that have been to real big name meet and greets before and know how they are supposed to happenThis was the most unprofessional meet and greet I've ever been toAnd to pay extra is ridiculous Regards, [redacted]

This complaint is frivolous and Mr [redacted] should be banned from ever reporting to the Revdex.com againIn reference to his claim it happened nothing like thisHe came in on a night we had a Hip Hop show and ordered drinks for a few ladiesAs it happens a lot in the world the ladies took his hospitality but then didn't want to talk to himHe continued harassing several ladies to the point some gentlemen that were either with or friends of the ladies were irritated because he was basically groping them and saying nasty things so instead of having a fight we asked him to leaveHe was mean aggressive and just rude to everyoneHe later called me on the phone said he was going to make claims to put me out of business, called me a communist on the phone and blasted me on facebook saying we wouldn't let him talk to girlsHe is just simply disturbedHe called again later threatened to call ABC and made a personal threat to meI have him recorded saying all of this.Thank you [redacted]

In response to ID # *** we have tried to refund part of this to the customer and they have not yet been here to do soWe take reservations for New Years Eve in advance due to always selling outMrs*** purchased a table of and had her table reservedShe called the day of the show about
pm and I told her If I could sell the table I would and refund half her money backWe had already sold all tables and I had turned down money to reserve her tableShe then showed up at 10:pm and people were already sitting there because it was a no showI did not sell the table and therefor received no money and lost out on food and alcohol sales due to her no showWhen she arrived I showed her to her table told the other people there sitting at the table they would have to moveI then gave her the option of sitting closer to the front at another table which had seats she chose to do thatI am sorry she feels upset but the fact remains there were no refunds and I also purchased them a round of drinks on meThey bought tickets then had of the people not comeThat is not our responsibility when we try and accommodate everyoneI would be happy to issue her a gift card for $to settle this argument but in no way am I obligated too. Also she called her credit card company to try and dispute the purchase and I responded to them as well and they denied her claimSo I am sorry she is upset but the blame lies with themI still will try and remedy thisThank You,*** ***Owner

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID? [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. This club has fabrcated the story. I was a patron enjoying drinks with these ladies. They was enjoying the company. We was having fun. Bouncer came and ask me to stop talking to them. I was not asked to leave. Left on my own. I was there less then 30min. Was charged a $75 bill. No way that was served in 30min. When I contacted Mr. [redacted] on Monday he cussed me up and down upon answering the phone. I did observe very young people in there. So is this what this club does embarrase their customers and charge them for drinks not ordered.

In reference to the above claim, I have spoken with the complainant on this issue. We sell tickets online for the bigger national shows there is always a disclaimer online that there are no refunds. We try to accommodate peoples wishes and they purchased VIP which included premium seating, which...

they had right beside the stage, a personal table and server so they would not have to be inconvenienced and meet and greet with pictures with the artists and autographs. All the Vip customers received all the above items. The show was not sold out so it seemed that they could have just paid general admission and received the same. We have no control over the Musicians and when they choose to do the VIP and pictures. They are musicians that travel the country and times change from show to show. If the show would have been sold out they would have never complained. They received what they were promised and therefor are not entitled to any refunds. Thank You  Scott Johnson Owner

I do not want a gift card because I would never frequent this business again.  I don't know who he bought drinks for but it wasn't me.  I was only there for 10 minutes to check on the table and then left.  I am still waiting on my refund.

Actually, I would have the same complaint regardless of whether the show sold out or not. The fact of the matter is that we purchased VIP package tickets under the assumption and according to the details in the description on the website in which we purchased them from (not from the details the owner is now giving). He makes it appear that we had some way of knowing that there was a very good chance that we could have taken a chance and not bought VIP tickets, and still gotten all the same things without buying them. Had we known that, we would have taken that chance. Obviously, we didn't. If that were the case, why would anyone have VIP tickets ever? He is making it seem like I knew all of this was going to happen. I absolutely did not. I understand that this bar has big name bands there sometimes, but they need to understand that sometimes fans come there that have been to real big name meet and greets before and know how they are supposed to happen. but then didn't want to talk to him. He continued harassing several ladies to the point some gentlemen that were either with or friends of the ladies were irritated because he was basically groping them and saying nasty things so instead of having a fight we asked him to leave. He was mean aggressive and just rude to everyone. He later called me on the phone said he was going to make false claims to put me out of business, called me a communist on the phone and blasted me on facebook saying we wouldn't let him talk to girls. He is just simply disturbed. He called again later threatened to call ABC and made a personal threat to me. I have him recorded saying all of this.Thank you [redacted]
