Review: On Tuesday March [redacted] at 12:46pm I texted [redacted] to order a Master Herbal Tea for $27 plus shipping and handling. On April [redacted],2015 I realized I was billed $96.14. I misunderstood the quantity order; she asked did I want a 21day supply I said yes, believing the 21 day supply was for 27.00 instead the 27.00 was for the 7 day supply. I text [redacted] on April [redacted] at 3:53pm informing her of the mishap. She informed me that she believed it has been fulfilled and sent to be shipped out but will check (april [redacted] 4:35pm) I informed her that my rent was due and I could not afford to be have that amount missing form my account. (4/*/2015 @ 4:49) She then replied "its been more than 12 hours since it was process so it will but let me autovoid it. I will tell accounting on the morning so they can cancel it but cannot guarantee that it will be in your bank by Friday"n (4/*/15 @ 9:07). On Monday April [redacted] I txt [redacted] at 12:25Pm and asked do she know when I will have the Master Herbal fee refunded to my account? She replies at 12:25pm stating that she will reach out to accounting again. On Wednesday April [redacted] at 3:16pm I txted her again and asked was their any word on the refund for Master Herbal Tea. She replies at 3:16pm have "left two messages will call again" I then reply that I will have to disconnect from the 52 Sacred Women in the Making Program. She says ok (4/*/15 @4:01) and at 4:08pm texts me "you can call ###-###-#### and ask for [redacted] and let them know its about your refund that [redacted] requested 3times". I called that number and spoke with someone at 4/*/15 @6:15pm that stated he was not in the office and to take a message with a brief description. Someone by the name of [redacted] called me back around at 7:31pm same day and we spoke about the incident for 15min. I walked her thru the problem, I asked her to hold a few seconds while I reread the text between [redacted] and I. She listen then she kept asking me if I still wanted the 7 day product and just get refunded for the additional I replied no, I don't want anything but my refund. She says that it shows that someone has picked up the order. I informed her I never received a package. I do not have any products. On 4/**/15 @ 2:52pm[redacted] text me "I guess you forgot your request for 21 days worth of Master Herbal was sent by text when you called and said I charged you for a 21 day when you asked for 7" . I replied at 3:11pm " Exscuse me?? First Hello, Secondly, I did not forgt to tell her it was in a text because I told her to hold on while I look for the text and read it off verbatim. I also let her know that I was confuse and that it was not your fault. So please come again?" She replies at 3:34pm "Interesting. The call was recorded and this is the complete opposite from what I just received" I then replied at 3:44 "Since the call was recorded u can take the time and go back in listen. At this point, this is completely irrelevant to me. And you texting me about this like we are gf's "who said what..." this is a BUSINESS and if you are not texting me to inform me or update me when my refund will be back in my account....then I don't understand why you are in my inbox. I would greatly appreciate it if you DO NOT TEXT OR CALL OR EMAIL UNLESS IT IS SPECIFICALLY TELLING ME WHEN I WILL RECIEVE MY REFUND. thank you and have a great week" I later called that number back at 5:33pm and was told that he was out of the office and that they would take a name and number. I called back again today 4/**/15 at 1:19pm and spoke with [redacted]. She then informed me that [redacted] does not work at that site and that all admin rep are off until Monday. I gave my name and number and let her know it was urgent. I am very concerned at this point.Desired Settlement: I will like the full amount of 96.14 refunded back to my account since I have not received any products. I don't desire the product I desire my money and an apology for the way [redacted] handled this business matter.
