RE: ID [redacted] To Whom It May Concern: I have spoken with [redacted] regarding her complaintsWhile she has asked us to fix everything that should have been done, the only things she verbally communicated were the windshield wipers, the ice maker and a missing hub capAdditionally, we have sent a technician to her at the RV park she is staying at numerous times to re-explain how to use various components of her motor homeI told [redacted] that we would fix the windshield wipers if she could make an appointment to bring in the motor homeTo this date she has not made an appointmentI explained that the ice maker was working when she took delivery and she also confirmed that it was in working order and only recently stopped workingShe seemed to understand that we can not guarantee these types of items on a coach that is years oldI also went on to convey that when a person purchases an RV from us we do have the expectation that they have looked the coach overThere was one hub cap missing when she originally saw the motor home and agreed to purchase and it was still missing when she came to take deliveryShe never mentioned that she would not accept without a hub cap and as I explained The RV Corral doesn't replace hub caps on year old motor homes unless it has been negotiated from the beginningShe did admit she didn't notice it was gone until weeks after deliveryBy the end of our conversation, [redacted] decided maybe she would try to trade in the motor home on a fifth wheel that may be better suited for herself and her sonI gave this information to her sales representativeHe has tried to phone her numerous times and as of this date she has not respondedThank you for your time and effort

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I had never even been in an RV until I decided to purchase this coach For them to think that someone who is brand new to the RV world would know how to check out an RV in full detail is beyond me I sold my house to live full time in this RV with my son and as we are going along we keep finding things that need to be fixed I did say in my original complaint that two of their employees had come out to where we were staying at to try and help us resolve some of these issues which I really appreciated, but in the end they were still not fixed properlyI understand that the RV was a 1993, but that does not give the RV Corral the right to not do what they should to make sure that everything on it is in the best condition possible when they sell it, even their salesman didn't notice that there was a hubcap missing until I told him about it and he has been in the business for many, many years so I don't think that it was just meI didn't tell Tina everything that needed to be fixed, just the items that came to my mind when she called me, I had originally written to the owners about the situation, but Tina called me back instead so I assume that they never received my email I do feel that it was very dishonest of the manager to sell me the RV without telling me things like the hubcap was missing which he knew when he bought it from the previous owner and he told me about when I contacted him to discuss the problems that I was having, but that he didn't bother to mention to me or to anyone else until after the fact I am not a service technician, I expected them to make sure that the RV was in the best shape possible and to go through everything on it, not leave it up to me to try and figure it out after I had bought it All I want is for them is to find me a nice and dependable Class C RV to trade straight across the board for the RV that I bought from them with cash and that I am afraid to drive I also have no money left after my purchasing the RV I did leave a phone message for Tina letting her know that I might be interested in getting a Fifth Wheel, but I need to have an RV that I can drive I have spoken to the salesman who sold me the coach many times since I bought this one and told him that a Class C RV would be easier for me to drive instead of the Class A because I was very anxious driving the Class AAlso, I made an appointment with their service department for next month, all they agreed to pay for was the windshield wipers, nothing elseThe hubcap may not be a big deal to them, but to me as a consumer is is a big dealI have spoken to their salesman many times and he is a very nice man and I appreciate his help, but the bottom line is that I need this to be resolved as soon as possible, and with no money left to purchase a more expensive RV and my credit not being as good as I would like for it to be especially since it keeps being checked, I am left with very few options All I want to do is have a reliable RV that I can drive and feel safe driving I hope that this matter can be resolved very soon for everyone's sake Sincerely, [redacted] M [redacted]
