To all our fellow campers out there We were on vacation in June and had stopped in Anderson Indiana to pick up our daughter and grand kids when our A/C went out in our RV trailerThe campground we were at said to call RV Medic out of Indianapolis IndianaIt was on a weekend so we called Steve at RV Medic and he came outHe checked the A/C and said it needed to be replaced that cost dollars to tell us thatOn Monday we drove miles to Indianapolis where Steve's shop wasSteve and his son put a new A/C on our trailer and that is when the trouble started, his son broke the back window out of our trailer when he was taking the old A/C downWe called off our trip and headed back to MissouriWe have a Wildwood trailer made by Forest River well the hole back window had to be replaced not just the small windowI talked to the people at [redacted] and a glass shop and both of them said that the whole window had to be replacedI contacted Steve the RV Medic and told him what was going onAt that time he refused to pay for the window, he wanted us to drive back to Indianapolis that was 600+ miles so he could try and fix itNeedless to say the answer was NOSo here we are not only did we pay dollars for him to check out the A/C and eleven hundred+ for a new A/C but now we had to pay over eleven hundred dollars for a back window that Steve the R/V Medic broke and now refuses to pay forSo the moral of the story is if you are ever around Indianapolis Indiana and have R/V trouble DO NOT CALL STEVE THE R/V MEDIC HE IS DISHONEST AND A TOTAL RIP OFF
