I am rejecting this response because: I did not leave a cash tip for the stylist ***, *** was not by *** side when *** was coloring my hair at any time*** did NOT explain any of the prices with me as mentioned before or I wouldn't of sat down in the chair, and Ali did not come up to the front to give me my productsWhen I walked into the salon the front desk lady was there and Ali was with another client at the timeThe girl upfront told me that my products would need to be ordered so I asked if I was able to just pick something since I was already thereShe gave me Matrix products and I left the salonI never once called and used hurling insults or profanity towards anyone in the salon as well*** also NEVER gave me a business card and I actually contacted the salon to see if my refund was going to be put back on my card, the front desk said responded with they had it ready in an envelope at the front deskMy hair is not as I wanted or asked for and is still red and very brittle*** the salon manager demanded that I text her pictures of my hair and I did as she requestedI did not get the service I asked for and way over charged, *** was rude and I made her aware I was going to turn her into better business if my money was not refunded, she said "do what you feel the need to do" and hung up

To Whom It May Concern: On October 2, 2017 [redacted] called my salon, The Rage Hair Studio & Spa, and asked if we removed eyelash extensions. I, [redacted], responded yes and gave her the cost of this service which was $60.00. She said that she had gone to another business and had the lash...

extension put on but she wanted them off and they wouldn't remove them for free. I told her we could get her in that same day and as she was making the appointment for this service she asked if we could also do her hair color. She then stated she had been to 2 other salons and didn't like the way her hair turned out. I said we could do both services and her appointment. When she came in and her Stylist [redacted] took her back, she stated she no longer wanted to pay for the lash removal as the original salon that put them on agreed to take them off for free. [redacted] was booked out an additional hour for this appointment and we do have a cancellation policy but [redacted] didn't say anything to the client, as she was happy to accommodate her. [redacted] had a lengthy consultation with her and explained the cost and every step of the service. In [redacted]'s complaint is states that "she did not inform me of the consultation and the price". This is what we, as professional, do with every client to determine what they want done with their hair and cost so that state is false. She showed [redacted] a picture of a woman with a shadow root, highlights, and lowlights. When [redacted] was finished with the service, [redacted] said "I love it". [redacted] gave her a business card and walked her to the front desk. [redacted] paid for the service, which was $55 for the retouch, $85 for the full highlight, $20 for the additional colors, and $18 for the toner. A total of $178.00. She tipped [redacted] in cash and left. About 5 minutes later she called the salon and she didn't realize that her hair was going to cost so much money and demanded a refund. [redacted] too the phone call and told her she did everything that she had asked and the client started hurling insults and profanity to [redacted] over the phone. She then stated that her hair was red, which couldn't be further from the truth. I ended up calling her back to discuss a resolution and I told her to text me a picture of her hair. When I got the picture I confirmed there was no red (I also worked beside [redacted] the entire time) so I was really confused. Through text messages she demanded a $55 refund of the retouch, some products to help with her dry hair (as she had gone to a total of 3 salons now) and a free conditioning treatment. We both agreed to this and she planned in coming in the following Friday as she told me she was going out of town and would be gone for a week. The very next day she called and asked if she could come and get her money and the free products. She talked to [redacted] over the phone who made an appointment with her for a conditioning treatment and it was agreed she would come in that next Friday for everything. A few hours later she shows up at the salon and ask the front desk if her free stuff was ready. [redacted] hadn't had  time to explain to the front desk person what had transpired yet so the front desk employee went to get [redacted] who was with a client. When she returned to the front desk she told [redacted] that it was suppose to be Friday and [redacted] stated "well can't I pick what I want from the shelf"? [redacted] then walks to the front, gives her the $55 cash refund and gets a bag of products ready for her and [redacted] leaves. She still has a free conditioning treatment  appointment scheduled in the books.
