Stylist: Cindy H*** RE: [redacted] Dear Revdex.com & Mr [redacted] ,Thank you very kindly for your time and understanding, “there are two sides to every dispute.” There are too many inconsistencies’ in CT.’s Mother’s statement She did not paint a clear picture of the situation I had made a professional suggestion on a more natural level of color for the top and also showed them the blondes that are not bleach due to the condition of her daughter’s hair As going through my color book they loved the more intense colors that are in my Paris Fashion Shades The CT didn’t want to layer her hair and was almost in tears with the thought of one inch being trimmed After not taking my suggestion for the cut & color due to a Competition that would discredit her, Mom and CT chose different shades and cut Even with that, I still offered to put layers and more blonde, not a whole new color for no charge and gave a new appointment time after Competition I was compassionate, honest, accommodating and patient After countless texted and phones calls during times that were not appropriate, being mean, threats about notifying the Revdex.com and them telling me about the other stylists doing a bad job with the color and cut during the consultation and appointment Not to mention CT/Mom being untruthful, I decided cancelling her appointment was in my best interest, knowing regardless of my heartfelt efforts Thank you, Cindy
