On April 28, I placed a call to Alexander Plumbing looking for a plumber and I talked to Shannon who told me someone would call me back that afternoonNo one called back then and no one returned my call on April 29, On April 30, I called again and spoke to a young lady who asked if I was going to be home today and when I said yes, she told me someone would be out between the hours of am and pmI waited and no one showed, when I tried to call back at 3:pm no on answered the phoneI received no calls as to what happened and so I gave up trying to find outI found another plumber in the meantime, and recently, I called them back and asked what it was you needed to do to get a plumber from Alexander Plumbing and the lady I spoke with tried to tell me I had not spoken to her, but then wanted me to let them come out and make it up to me by not charging me for the trip chargeI told her I wouldn't trust anyone as unreliable as themDon't use them!

Called and they arrived within an hour Evaluated the problem, fixed it and the water is flowing again Thank you! Would recommend them to anyone
