The Ranch

I moved into The Ranch in June of Upon move in, One of the roommates had an additional male living there who had just finished a prison sentence for Making and distributing MethI spent weeks going back and forth with the leasing manager to move apartmentsAfter contacting corporate, I was told that I would be informed of a new unit within daysThe days passed and even after trying o get ahold of the leasing manager and Regional I still heard no new informationon the 5th dayI came home from class and my roommates were strung out on meth and had needles and pipes all over the living room tableA few hours later they began to argue and knock on my doorBeing the only girl in the apartment I locked myself inside for the whole night terrified
The next day I made an attempt to call the leasing manager again and was told again that she would call me back and never didThe following day I moved out, in fear for my safety
After talking to the regional about getting out of my lease, I was told that the leasing and property manager told her that I did not move because of the roommatesBut because I received a job offer at another complex that required me to move off property and that I was just trying to get out of my leaseI informed her that was not true and was called a liar
After trying to call back to give more information to the corporate office and never getting a call back I had my father put in a callHe was told that they had never talked to me and that I had moved because of this "job offer."
To this day their reasoning behind not letting me out of my lease is due to a job offer I've never receivedI have tried to not only provide phone records of my conversations with the lady I spoke to at corporate but also, a letter from my current complex stating I have never worked for them
