Review: We recently purchased shrink bands and prior to the shipment, we sent out a sample bottle for them to acquire accurate/precise measurements, even knowing that they have already sold the product to other vendors. We received the products a few weeks later and the product does not fit properly and are not perforated, and all our previous orders were always perforated. We tried to resolve this matter patiently with the Manager and the Sales rep, but refuses to work with us and the sales rep insist that it is our fault. We tried everything to make the product work, we tried using a heat dryer, a blow dryer, a steam shrinking machine, but it just does not work. We did not want a refund and we just wanted them to correct the issue, but this has been a frustrating experience and we now just want a refund.Desired Settlement: A refund, we tried to use the product, but our customers/partners are complaining regarding product quality. It just does not fit.
