Customer notified us that the original shipment did arrive damaged by the carrier. We immediately re-ordered a replacement on 7/6/from our supplier. That supplier will not ship direct to our customers and ships consolidated to us once a week. The customer's order should be
included in the shipment due to arrive later this week. Once the shipment arrives the product will be shipped to them within hours and we will notify them of all routing information

Customer purchased item at the advertised sale price. To achieve the sale price there was the regular price and in the background a coupon that was to be applied to reduce the price to the advertised sale price. Evidently there was some problem with the coupon code which resulted in a
price at checkout that would have discounted the price to the extent that we would have owed the customer money. Realizing that there was something obviously wrong, the customer immediately placed a second order for more of the same items. The customer claimed that his credit card was charged, his card was pre-qualified but never charged. The customer was called immediately on Monday, as were two other customers who were completely understanding, to notify them of the error. Customer called again on Wednesday and the situation was explained to him again. He was offered the original sale price but declined with his parting comments over the phone were quite vulgar

banks.  The customer was notified by e-mail of our policy and that the order was being cancelled while other payment options could be explored.  The customer's card was never "charged" and by cancelling the order we were freeing up the funds that may have been being held by their bank.In subsequent conversations with the customer we were advised that the customer needed immediate delivery on the chosen equipment which we were not going to be able to meet.  The last communication we had with the customer was an e-mail yesterday at 4:18 PM asking that we please refund their money as soon as possible.  There is no need for a refund in that the funds were only pre-approved but never charged, which the customer had been told.  The customer can check with their bank to see typically how long it takes the bank to make the funds available again.
