The complainant's spouse has been in touch with me and let know that they received their 4 DVD's and 1 Blu Ray on August 2, 2014.
white;">The complainant's spouse made me aware that one of the DVD's would not play and that another one of the cases contained no DVD. This situation will be rectified within the next 10 days and replacement DVD's sent to the claimant and spouse.
