House was cleaned and fixed, the couple that she placed has destroyed the inside, tore up a new bathroom floor, peed on the carpets, broke three doorsThe couple that the property manager placed in this house started to get behind on rent. I asked her several times to please evict them, she did not. I paid alot of money to have the house fixed and cleaned for this couple to move in. I also had new carpet and new bathroom floor put in. I had to end up taking them to court to get them evicted because they were two months behind. I was told inspections were held and the house was kept clean. I found out this was not true when we inspected the house yesterday after they had moved out. All the work that had been done has been destroyed. The new bathroom floor has been tore up, the husband had used the bathroom, looks like repeatedly on the bedroom and living room carpet, the smell will literally make you gag it's so bad. Three wooden doors have been tore off the hinges, they also broke a storm door and the frame, there are holes in the wall, and they left a refrigerator full of mold and moldy food, two knobs on the stove were broken. The husband admitted in court that he had broken them. They also hadn't cut the grass in over a month, and it's so overgrown. We all have asthma and now are stuck with trying to clean this up and make repairs. I do not have the extra money for repairs, I am a disabled military widow, and this was a source of income, I didn't get rent half the time. This couple also wrote a bad check.Also this property manager had hired someone to supposedly clean out the pipes in the bathroom and kitchen, he messed up the plumbing, now water backs up in the washer. He replaced the pipe under the kitchen sink, he didn't do this properly causing it to leak and mold. He also removed the spicket from the house and other things that caused damage. I did not know he had done this until we found the damage from the repairs. I did not authorize this to be done, but she had him do this. I was told [redacted] had done the work, I called [redacted] this morning to see if this could be resolved, he claims to never have done any work for this property manager, even though I have receipts stating otherwise. He called me back and told me that the receipt was false, they do not do plumbing work, one of her people had done it. I described the type of work that had been done and was told that type of pipe that had been put in was illegal. So she had given me a false receipt for work that should never have been done, it was done without my knowledge.I have called the property manager, trying to get this resolved since she is the one who placed this couple in there. She will not return my calls, what else can I do? I am so disgusted with this property manager, and the damage this couple did to my house. This should never have happened. Desired SettlementAll I want is the money that it will cost me to get the house fixed and cleaned. It will also have to be exterminated because the couple kept a dog and cat in the house even though the lease clearly stated no pets allowed. The bathroom floor will need to be replaced, getting new carpet (the carpeting is ruined, there is no getting the odor and stains out),replacing the doors and frame, stove knobs, fixing and painting the walls, the plumbing that was ruined by her people will also have to be redone. There's no telling how much it will cost to have this done.

first off, when we rented the property it was handed off shortly after to the Real Estate Center for management. Our paperwork ( lease agreement, discrepancies list and work requests) were not transferred, nor did they mention they wanted to draw up new terms or re-sign or re-evaluate anything for that matter. It took days of not weeks and many phone calls and emails to a very rude, condescending [redacted] The excuse she used for her disorganization and disconnection was the property transfers...even a year later! She treated us from the get-go like we were criminals and very stupid.
When it came time to move out, we had to go to the office several times because she won't do business over the phone. The emergency line didn't work. She doesn't call you back in a timely fashion. The best part is, she tried to convince us that we were responsible and liable for things that weren't in the contract. We are still waiting to be notified of our final inspection results! I am so afraid she is going to try and stick ius with extra charges. I kept all my paperwork, took pics of the house and yard and made copies just to cover my bases. It's not worth the headache and blood pressure spikes to work with this company. Beware!","neg-1
