[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] I'm arguing the paperwork I did sign, but one thing I did not agree or that was not explain to me is the fact the my doctor during my procedure to be interrupted many times times to be exact this I think being the reason he did not place his full attention to my procedureThe fact that you are saying that after reviewing my file a difference can be see I do believe that there is a difference but not what I pay for, and that is why we agree to the revise procedureAnother thing that I did not agree or that was not explain is the fact that it took so long to actually get the date and time to get the revise procedure just to be reschedule more than times and not only that but the fact that I did spend money in order to get my blood pressure in the right number to be ready for the procedure just to be rescheduleI know the paperwork that was done for this procedure but my point is that after first procedure and payment the revise procedure just did not get the same attention not even to a small percentage to the original procedure, it seem like it was more of a "pain on the butt or a annoyance" and I was treated on a way that I think the plan was for me to get tire of it and just let the whole thing goThere were no phone calls no emails no asking if I was to get things done or what was I planing to do about the whole thing I did not feel that someone was trying to actually help me with the situation.

[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] After the initial appointment when my blood pressure was high I did go to the doctor and after a week I did get the green to go ahead with the procedure and I was reschedule times after that initial appointment as I stated in the first complain I even reschedule my vacation once because of this and still I got reschedule for days after my second day for my vacationThat time I hung up the phone and this was the only time you guys call this year is because I was asked if it could be reschedule once again, in reality I did sign all the paperwork but I was explain that if not happy with the results I would get a revision within months this obviously did not happen and it went longer than a yearI was told that my original doctor was no longer with SONOBELLO and that the new doctor assign to my case was real busy doing revision and this were only done on the second tuesday or wednesday (cant remember the exact day) of the month, also in the paperwork it did not state that my original doctor was going to be distracted during my procedure to attend to other patients! Over this whole situation was done unprofessionally and the after care was even worse I still have the prescription given to me last year for the procedure that you guys did not take care ofYou are not telling the true in your commercials and not telling the true to the clients when they come in if I was told it was going to be like this I would have never trusted you with my body and my money the whole thing is a rip off..The money spend should be returned and a better explanation of your procedures after the original surgery should be done clearly so one can decide knowingly what would happen after you take the money and the outcome is not what promised

patient.  Those consents clearly line out the possibilities and limitations of this procedure including but not limited the fact that results are not guaranteed and we do not offer post-procedure refunds under any circumstances.  We have copies of all signed forms available for inspection if needed. The procedure was purchased and services were rendered on 1/15/16 to this patient.  Despite the agreements that state results are not guaranteed, we did offer an additional revision on 11/1/16 as a customer services gesture despite the fact that initial procedure was successful and an appropriate amount of fat removed. When the patient presented for their complimentary procedure’s preoperative appointment, the patient’s blood pressure was not at a safety level to proceed until medical clearance was obtained from his primary physician.  The primary physician denied medical clearance and the surgery was cancelled. We have made several attempts the beginning of this year to potentially reschedule if medical clearance was obtained and patient hung up on us once and not returned our phone call attempts to support. The patient complaint should be closed in favor of Sono Bello as all services that were purchased were rendered and Sono Bello has made a good faith effort to resolve the patients concerns. We have copies of all signed forms available for inspection if needed.       A series of 8 Non-invasive skin treatments were purchased and provided to this patient.  Despite the agreements that state results are not guaranteed, we did offer at no charge an additional treatment as a customer service gesture. This patient complaint should be closed in favor of Sono Bello as all services that were purchased were rendered and Sono Bello has made a good faith effort to resolve her concerns

  The reason I filed a complaint about my experience with Sono Bello in Houston Tx is because I was assured by the representative that was helping out from California because She looked me in my face and told me that I'd see results because in her words, I was so petite, and not have much to really fix and she stated but it's your choice and you have the right to feel good about yourself regardless if I think there's nothing wrong with your body. Jokingly I said yes true, but I look 2 months in a my tops and fitted dresses. She said well the Venus legacy will be great for you and tone your stomach how you want it to look with no problem but just know you will keep those stretch marks because our treatment will not get rid of that. I told her ok I can deal with that. But are you sure it will work, she joked and replied yes again you are so small with really nothing to fix. Yes they have a contract and yes I signed it but I spoke to a representative and not one time did she state well it may or may not work

After careful review of the patients medical records we can positively attest that the original body contouring procedure had significant fat aspirate along with a positive change in the patients treated areas. The additional procedure that was offered was as a customer service gesture. The patient signed numerous agreements which state that there are no refunds post procedure under any circumstance. We will continue to offer the additional procedure free of charge as a customer service gesture even though a positive cosmetic improvement was achieved.
