When I found this (www.directliquidation.com) I was extremely excited to find a new source for my online business. I was a little skeptical at first to provide my credit card information prior to bidding on my first item on a new website that I haven't heard of before. Others told me to use caution, but regretfully went ahead anyways. The products available look great with a wide selection. I did notice that there weren't very many bidders, 0-2 bidders on near closing items. After trying to bid on an items, I only found out that there are high Reserve Prices. So unless you are willing to save just a little bit, this sites not for you. So non really knowing this company very well, I decided I would delete my credit card info until I am ready to use the site again, only to find out that the website does not allow you to delete your account information. This was a big red flag and I started to panic as I thought I just provided my Credit Card info to a non-legitimate site. What kind of valid business won't let you edit or remove your credit card information yourself? So I was just messing around to see how I can delete my credit card info and I added a credit card accidentally. How can you do this accidentally? Good question. Through quick clicking I had noticed that a new credit card was added (not mine) that populated an account, expiration date and security code. The good new was, I was able to delete my original card after the second one was added. But who's credit card was this and how did this happen. Again the panic level started to rise as I was hoping that someone else trying to set up a credit card info didn't get my information pre-populated for them. So I contacted DirectLiquidation to get this resolved. They did become responsive as I informed that this is a huge security risk and I want my info deleted right away. They moved this up to their developers which came back and said it was not a valid credit card number and it was a default account and it happened because somehow my account was tied into a test account. This still doesn't make me feel good. Why would they set up a default account that goes through their system as a valid account? So needless to say, I am taking my business else where. This may be a valid business, but somethings just don't make me feel right about doing business with them. Hope my initial review on my experience helps.

Ordered a refurbished tablet through one of their distribitors(?). Shipping was extremely fast...overnight. The tablet was in excellent condition with one small mark that is almost unnoticeable. About a week later, I noticed that the screen has a couple of spots where burn-in is present. It's not very defined so thats probably why I didn't see it before. TRG offered immediately to refund my money. After looking around, I'm not convinced I can find another tablet of the same model, in as good of condition, to replace it if I were to send it back so I decided to keep it. I am extremely satisfied with every other aspect of this transaction. Price was extremely good, condition is excellent, and shipping was almost instantly. I will definitely buy from The Recon Group again. The screen issues have no affect on my opinion of this company and my purchase.
