I STAYED AT THE RED GARTER HOTEL AND CASINO ON 12-24-2015 TO 12-25-2015 FOR CHRISTMAS EVE AND WHEN I CHECKED OUT ON THE 25 THAY SAID I TOOK SOME TOELES AND I WAS CHARGED TWICE ON MY CREDIT CARD AND DID NOT TACKANY TOELS OF ANY KIND I JUST WANT MY REFUND BACK I TOOK A SHOWER AND PUT THE TOELS BY THE TUB NOW I NOOW HOW THEY MAKE THERE MONEY VERY UP SET ABOUT THIS B.B.B. I recieved a coupon from the site for a room half off on a Friday night.The lady used the credit card I gave for comfirmation and told me it was going to be under $30.00 Dollars. The next day I checked my card and they charged me $60.00 for the room.I have left 2 voice mails with the manager as the front desk is not able to add the money back to my card.Product_Or_Service: Hotel RoomDesired SettlementI would like to get what they told me they offer me a half off room but scam me and take my money. And they do not respond to any calls. Just want what is right.
