with appropriately, based upon what the investigation reveals.  We observe strict confidentiality as well in responding to reports of policy violations, for both the person reporting the violation and the person who allegedly committed the violation.  We also hold each other and our students to high standards of behavior while on campus, to include refraining from using vulgar language.  And, the entire RSI instructor and staff team is expected to reat students with respect and provide outstanding service to our students hroughout their experience with us.  We want our students to graduate and et good jobs in the HVAC/R industry.  Regarding Mr. [redacted] balance owed, e have pulled the account back from our collections agency to the chool.  We have spoken to Mr. [redacted] and informed him we have pulled his ccount back and have made payment arrangements with him that he is happy with.

Review: I attended this RSI last year for a few months I left because they did not adhere to their own policies. I went to this school in hopes to secure a better future. When I began at this school I was excited when they said one of their number one policies is that if their was vulgar language it would be stopped immediately. A welcome relief to a society that thinks swearing is appropriate in any situation. Quickly I was disappointed half way through the first month attending that rule went out the door by month three I heard more sex, stripper and drug talk than I did about the curriculum. All in front of instructors. who joined or laughed along with the students or were not present because they were not present. When I infromed the school why I had not returned for the next class they did not care.

I now have a sizable student debt which I understand is my responsibility to repay. for a worthless education that consumed 3 months of my life. Regardless I agreed to terms of repayment by monthly automatic withdraws. I was informed my portion I owed RSI was $1000. ( other bills to other lenders is over 5K which I also have established a payment plan). I have been paying RSI but today I get a call from a collection agency saying I owed them $1200 on behalf of RSI. I check my account they have failed to pull money since August. I have paid $400 to RSI by my math I owe them $600 not $1200 PLEASE HELP.Desired Settlement: Settle for the amount I truly owe them.

they hire teachers that for one are not that experienced in their class they teach. my first 3 phases(1 phase= a month)the men that taught those classes knew exactly what they were teaching. Im in phase 5 currently with a teacher, who has such broken english I can barely understand him. im no english major nor am I the smartest person but I have worked 5 years in the HVAC field, and I expect that the people teaching me will show me what I need to know, instead I have taught my self through reading the literature and also teaching the kids trick of the trade I know. PHASE 4 and 5 people didnt learn what they needed to, I hate to see how 4 more months is going to be like. I dont know what to do but I know im not paying $20,000 to a school that I feel like im not getting my education. theres more forms of law and more witnesses that will back me up. I can go through and sign a petition of all the people who feel the same way. we have talk to the head supervisor and nothing has been done.

They do not prepare you for filling a job because if that was the case the school would be out of work in one graduating class of 30. The truth is that the majority don't get jobs in air conditioning so their is always a demand for technicians......because they do not prepare you to be one. I hope for good to come to RSI and I am only posting this out of concern for people that are getting themselves into tuition dept who are also getting the tax payers in as well. The school did step up my game but not like I thought. 2009 graduate 96.7%. I finally landed a job as a handyman with hvac responsibilities and after 7 months of cutting trees,fixing drippers,repairing cars, cleaning,delivering/driver and vary little a/c repairs I,m at 14hr. and I will admit that is the highest pay I have ever got at any job. Some success and some hard knocks. I had some good times in the school and am only giving some new comers some hard data.

RSI is a lousy school.They do not hold to their own policies.If you want to go to a marginal school this is the place for you. If you want to here vulgar language and have teachers that are not concerned with your success this is your place. And when they fail to collect your money without notice they will send you to collections and not try to work with you to resolve the problem
