I only ordered the Sunday paperand in the course of I month it was de;ivered only onceafter numerous calls to customer service at 8amwas told by a computer voice that the customer service closes at amI call hours earlier and get no person only a recording that they are doneI have called a person who has worked with my complaint on different timeswas told by her that she will talk to her boss and the delivery supervisorstill no delivery I paid for months in advancethis is not a good business to deal with seems that supervisors carry no weight over their workers

A check was mailed to the register Citizen for a week subscriptionThey continued to billThey were called to notify them a check was sent around 1//they stated it was not received and suggested a stop payment they were informed that the cost would be 25.00, half the subscription In frustration the subscription was cancelledThey stated if check did come in it would not be applied to a closed accountThe check was cashed and a fraud investigation launched by the bank the result was that it was deposited to the newspapers account and never creditedA call was made to the paper and they were made aware of the results of the bank investigation They requested that documents be sent to them by mail/fax/or email this was done on 6/27/To date there has been no response to email or actions from earlier phone calls
