The Property Manager is horrible, and her name is Maireli. If she disagree's with you are does not want to assist she will simply ignore your emails and will lock her office door. She actually placed a restraining order on someone's a residents teenager banning them from coming anywhere near the office. When I was dropping off something to the office the mother of that young man told me all these things and I thought "well sorry for you lady". to be honest I kind of judged her negatively assuming it may have been a disrespectful young man but shortly thereafter, I had my own dealings with Maireli and I swear, even as a professional woman, I almost lost it. She really makes communicating about anything a unpleasant exchange.

The HOA has a wonderful relationship with [redacted], its a contract with the HOA. My car registration was expired however I was trying to clarify things because I found out I owed like $3 to the florida turnpike and the DMV wouldn't let me register my car online. It was Thanksgiving week and so I had to wait for them to reopen so that I could register but I also had to request the time from my job. My car was towed without warning or anything. when I discussed this with Maireli she basically said there are in legal right to do that. there is a police liaison that I spoke with orange county who shared the rules/policies are between the HOA and the towing company and they can be changed but its a business too so you have to send letters to your HOA to consider.
I asked the property manager to forward my request and she NEVER DID and I was not given any notice at all. this women simply ignores clients and uses the property management companies that represent the individual units as a scape goat. Even claiming that notices are left at our doors which is untrue.

People are feeding cats in the back of the bldg. and there is cat food and trash by the back doors. We get no response when wanting answers. There are rules that are only enforced when its convenient for the management.

the great room is well kept and offered at a reasonable rate but if you make one mistake you are banned for an entire year without even allowing you to explain the context of anything. I rented it for an event on a Sunday afternoon. Management said that there is no one renting the room so I could decorate the night before. so my family and I decorating the whole place with themed decoration and gift bags etc. we arrive the next morning to all of our things taken down and stuffed underneath the counter because another residents was allowed told have a baby shower supposedly "last minute". We were given no notice or communication. to say the least it was a hectic and chaotic mess and the management office could care less.

This place gives the appearance of a clean and safe and easy to rent property but it is none of that.
