Review: I first communicated with **. Reid on January 10, 2011 about my injuries associated with an auto accident from the year before. After reviewing the facts, **. Reid took my case to file pain and suffering, and other damage claims with the opposing and responsible party of the accident. To date, my problem and biggest complaint is that **. Reid is non-responsive and negligent in providing me with a status on my case and is negligent and non-responsive to responding to my repeated requests for information and status on my case. I have repeatedly called him on his cell phone, left both voice messages and text messages, and have sent many, many email messages without hearing from him for weeks and/or months. I have, on numerous occasions, left email messages asking for a status on my case and the most I get, if I get a reply at all, is that he will call me later in the afternoon or evening or he will contact me the next day. He never does. On a couple of rare occasions when I do get an attempted communication from **. Reid, he has told me that the opposing counsel is open to settling my case, but **. Reid has yet to tell me any details of convey an offer from the other counsel.Again, my problem and biggest complaint is that **. Reid is non-responsive and negligent in providing me with a status on my case and is negligent and non-responsive to responding to my repeated requests for information and status on my case.Desired Settlement: I want **. Reid to be more responsive to my requests for information and to provide a complete, written status on my case. I want him to return my phone calls and respond to my email messages within 24-hours. I want to know that the "window-of-opportunity" for filing a claim against the other party has not lapsed or expired, and I want to know what the settlement offer is from the opposing counsel.
