I contacted The Reinstatement Program to assist me with our foreclosure. It was a lengthy process; however, we had success and are back on track with a loan modification.

Our monthly payment was reduced; however, the lender (not a bank) was unwilling to include the escrow (property insurance and taxes) in our payment reduction.

The staff at The Reinstatement Program were extremely responsive and very informative. They kept us in the loop throughout the process. Overall, we are happy we were able to stay in our home.

Thank you so much for everything you did to help us. I sincerely apologize for not coming through as we have struggled for a long time. Things will get better as I accepted a full time position with Walmart home office and will start on Monday. I know it doesn't help now but at least we are heading in the right direction. I hope you and your family had a great Christmas. Happy New Year.

Horrible service. I contacted this company to assist me with getting my home out of foreclosure. After 5 weeks of them "helping" I found out on a Thursday before my house was to be auctioned the following Tuesday that the Reinstatment Program could not help me with my issues and that I would need to file bankruptcy. Of course that is after they had assured me that they would be able to get a loan modification done and they would started immediately on it as soon as I paid them. In the long run they just took my money from me and did nothing at all to help me. They lose paperwork all the time so if you use this company make sure you keep copies of everything.

We worked on your file for 5 weeks and you only paid $445.00 for the processing of your file.
Alternately you failed to disclose the true nature of your situation.
We did everything possible for you however, you do NOT qualify.
Your lender has giving you plenty of chances do not blame the people that tried to help you.

Thank you for proving my point. It took 5 weeks for your company to do nothing other request money to be paid upfront prior to services being completed even through your contract states that you will not request money up front. I had to submit several documents multiple times because your company misplaced them. I disclosed all information up front both in writing and verbally with your company. I feel if your company handle as many of these situations as you claim then you would have know up front what the outcome would have been. However, it is obvious that your only concern was money and lacked the ability from day 1 to be able to assist me as your client.

We provide excellent service and have an excellent reputation with the community, lending institutions and with our clients.
We can assure you if you did not qualify it was not lack of effort on our part.Your lender requested documents to be corrected and resubmitted multiple times for accuracy. Your lender also sent you a letter in writing explaining your denial

I would love for you to send me copies of all of this including the requests from my lender for documentation that you mentioned here. As I have already requested these several times in writing with no response from your company. I have also spoken to my lender who does not have a record of speaking to anyone from your company and therefore there is no denial letter from the lender. Speaking to anyone on the phone from your company is pointless and gets you no whee as you just continue to make promises that you cannot fulfill. It appears that the only way to get a response from your company is to do so through the Revdex.com.

Very professional staff Luis and staff will keep you up to date at all times instead of wasting money in law firms this group is very compliant and upfront .
I've tried for 5 months on my own and what I've learned is that a processing department is the way to go !

Mr *** and staff did a great job assisting us with this entire process I've had hired another company to get the job done waited close to one year and no results . They were able to save our home and get us back current gained my trust little by little as we were going through the process .
I will recommend them to anyone it has been a blessing ! ( Our lender kept on playing games at the same time )
