I am rejecting this response because: Yes, I do own the property to the north But I also own the property to the East, and I own the strip of land between the parcel in question, and the creek This is clearly shown in the county assessor maps I have also included a map developed by a licensed surveyor that shows this It is what is found in the recorded deed for my property The advertisement (and evidently the letter from the lawyer) are ignoring my ownership between the property in question and the creek
The Owner/Seller believes this property is creek front & requested Broker advertises it as creek front - the creek is in front of the property - if there is any set back (walking path) as *** *** believes the Creek is still in front of this property, there is not enough land for any building, ect - *** *** Broker/Owner Burney Fall River Big Pines RealtyOffice# *** cell# ***
I am rejecting this response because: My complaint is against the real estate business, and I have received no notification that they have modified their advertisement. I have complained, and have submitted a copy of a survey map to justify my claims via the Revdex.com. I have recommended that they do their own independent checking with the Shasta County Recorder. advertisement is, in my opinion, a legal issue since I have provided more than enough evidence, and because I have suffered from serious anguish and emotional disturbance because of the blatant disregard of my property rights. Concern about this matter has also distracted me from consulting assignments - representing a substantial loss in income
