ok, I called the business on the 26th telling them I was sending in the cancellation. I told her she should get it the next day cause I was taking it to the post office so it would be post marked on the 26th. I asked if that was ok. She said as long as its post marked on the 26th. If she didn't get it she should of let me know. They never sent me a check till I called your business to complain. I told your business I wanted my money back and they said they would contact the dealer. Two days later a check came for 300.00. I sent it right back telling them I didn't want the vacuum. I have not touched it since they demonstrated it

I never received the cancel notice in the mail from Ms. [redacted]. Ms. [redacted] agreed to a $300 rebate and we sent a check in the amount of $300 to Ms. [redacted].  Then she said she didn't want it.  We let her know there was nothing we could do.  We will be happy to provide service...
