applicant’s information into their system two things occur:  The $34.95 application fee is immediately charged to our business credit card, and a credit report is generated and made available to us.  It takes on average another 2-3 days for verification of the employment and rental information to complete the screening report.  The Rental Application states that any incomplete, inaccurate or falsified information shall be grounds for denial of application.In the Credit Section of the Rental application, CT Credit Bureau reported [redacted] owes 10+ times more debt than she stated.  [redacted] owes 5½ times more debt than he stated. They also under reported their stated minimum monthly payment obligations to an excess of 50 debtors. The Credit Report revealed the applicant's have a  history of maxing out credit cards, then opening new credit card accounts while only making the minimum monthly payment on all previous accounts.CT Credit Bureau verified [redacted] works for [redacted]. CTI Credit Bureau reported it is [redacted] stated company policy not to verify income. CT Credit Bureau reported they were unable to verify [redacted]'s employment or salary due to her employer's policy. Neither employer would release financial   information.[redacted] states they have a perfect rental history; however this could not be verified by CT Credit Bureau.  In the Rental History Section, an applicant is asked to list the current residence, 2 Previous Rental Histories, and provide dates and contacts for each place.  [redacted] and [redacted] stated their first previous residence was with each of their respective mothers for an undisclosed amount of time.  The space to list the 3rd Residence History was left blank by each of them. CT Credit Bureau reported 9 previous residences for them; none of which were listed on their application.  CT Credit Bureau reported the information given by the Property Manager of their current residence does not match the information given by [redacted] and [redacted] on their Rental Application.  About 80% of The Rent Lady’s tenants have credit scores under 700.  CT Credit Bureau reported that [redacted] had 27 credit inquiries since February, 2014, one of which was ours.
