It has come to our attention that there is a complaint about our businessThe customer signed a contract on 10/4/to pay for the use of the furniture until it was paid in full or return the merchandiseShe refuses to do both, which means we had to make contact with herDoing so is in full
compliance with the law, common sense, and all the conditions of the contract that she signedShe signed the contract knowing, full well of it's conditions and she received a copy for herself to keep and follow. We have been in business for years and have thousands of very happy customersOur opinion is: that it is unfortunate that the customer does not feel that she has to follow the terms of the contract that she signed under her own volition and that she feels that she no longer has to pay for a product that she did not return and destroyed
