I called The Repaint Specialists after seeing their add in a coupon book They were quick to come out to quote me and the owner Randy was very pleasant The job was quoted to be started on Monday and finished Thursday which did not happen It wasn't completed until Friday The paint job was good however his painter Ali left an absolute mess around my house I cleaned paint off of my washer and dryer, the bathroom fixtures, the floor and more I was very disappointed and called Randy about it and sent him pictures I then discovered that there was paint splatter in my brand new floor I had sent pictures to Randy about this as well and was told by Randy that Ali said it must have been the painter before him; funny since a brand new floor was just put in I told Randy it looked like there were no drop cloths used It took two weeks to have Ali return to clean up the floor which was also unacceptable Although in the end it was all taken care of, I do not feel that this company believes in the customer is always right and took way too long to make things right! They say they have been around for years in which case I would expect way more professionalism and more conce for your cusomers and potenting referrals If you are going to use this company, I would recommend not paying until you AND Randy walk through the house together to ensure you are 100% happy
