This business was given to me to fix my dryer by [redacted] warranty claimsThey took forever to come out the first timeWhen they finally came, they took apart the whole dryer and told my father in law they would have to order a partWell after calling them back, it was "parts"They basically order every part because they didn't know what was wrong with itwhen they parts supposedly came in, they call (at the time they were supposed to be there) and state they missed a partWhen I complained, they said they would come asap in the next few daysUpon calling to find out what time, they suddenly still have no partsThey are unreliable and untrained for the tasks at hand

This place is one of the certified repair centers for the American Home Shield that you should avoid. They never call to make appointments, never return calls, and give you runaround in keeping appointments. The repair work they finally did on my washing machine didn't fix the problem that I was having. I had to call AHS back and they scheduled a different repair place to come out to my house.
