It was not broken the first months First time it broke was about or years ago I found out that since then there is a new protocol how to fix this problem which was not done when mine needed to get fix the first time
The guest stayed at the hotel for nights and we charged them only for nightsThere was an authorization on their credit card for more than the actual charge, and the guest wanted access to that funds during their stay at the hotelSo we called their bank and sent them a fax asking them to release the extra holdTheir bank took care of it for themWe have not charged anything extra to the guestNo refunds will be given
