forwarding address that was left, along with email from out internal collections department. Rebecca (Community Manager) worked with the roommate that was on the lease by the name of [redacted], all charges were listed on the statement and gone over. I apologize if we were unable to answer any questions that you may have had. Our internal settlement department contacted you and setup a payment arrangement for the balance on July 14th 2016, this arrangement was not followed through with, we gave additional notice, calls and emails to assist you with arrangements all that were left unresponsive. At this time the charges are listed with our collections company, and are valid charges. We can provide the Final Account Statement again if you would like. Moving can be stressful, and we are very sympathetic to you having to move again. We truly strive to communicate and ensure all of our residents have the best experience possible. After discussing the charges, we offered arrangements to fit your needs, our apologies that you were not able to meet them. Our intention was never to make you feel that we are just trying to collect funds as we tried to make the best of charges by allowing the additional time to make payments. We hope that going forward if you have any other questions you can reach out to the onsite team.  Respectfully,  Rebecca B[redacted] General Manager, The Reserve at Abbie Lakes

To whom it may concern,I wanted to send any information I can find to help you in my claim process. Attached are service requests and pest control communication. We communicated to the managers that there was a pest problem in the grass area where we walked our dog months before move out. The associate in the office stated they were going to spray and it should resolve the issues so we did not submit a work order. We got an email (attached) that they treated our apartment for fleas twice (after we moved out). I don't feel we should be charged for a pest problem that was caused because of a pest problem on their grounds. There is a service request email attached communicating the door replacement when our apartment was broken in to. The email shows communication that the apartment was broken in to in April 2015. We communicated with the office on this and they said they would send someone out right away to fix it. The email shows that the door wasn't replaced until 2/2/2016. This shows the company is very slow about fixing our issues. No compensation was offered for the inconvenience. We let the office know when we were moving out. We were not given the chance to do a formal "final walk through" with the management team. Because of this I feel like they tried to charge us for every little thing and even things that we were not supposed to be charged for (not our fault). We were never given the chance to dispute any charges. We tried to follow up with management. They said they would call us back and never did. After 30 days they sent our claim to a collection agency even though we had not heard back from them. Any help you can offer to expedite this process would be appreciated. We are trying to move to a new apartment but no one will work with us with this current issue open. We tried to talk to the apartment complex's management to come to a full or partial payment resolution but no one with talk with us. We are going to have to be out of our current living situation in the next couple of weeks so any help would be great.-Thank you for your time. Please let me know if you have any questions.[redacted]
