At the Reserve at Beach Boulevard we value Ms***’s residency and take her concern very seriouslyMs***’s unit has been walked by the Community Manager, the Service Manager, and the Assistant Manager to ensure proper follow up.On 6/19/the Community Manager walked the unit and
found the unit completely turned offWhen the unit was turned on it made a slight draining noise, but, nothing severeThe Service Manager also inspected the unit and cleared obstacles that may have caused the noiseThe Service Manager has since assessed that the unit is fully functional and is not making any loud or disruptive noises.The resident states that she has contacted the office on 5/13/2015, 5/21/2015, 5/29/At that time there was a different Service Manager and Community Manager working at the site, so we are unable to validate the communication with certaintyThe current team walked her unit on 6/19/and 7/31/and no loud or knocking noises were observed.On 8/14/2015 a professional contractor was dispatched to clear the line from the outside as an added measure to help resolve the issue entirelyMs*** has been made aware of these effortsWe will follow up to ensure her satisfaction. *** *** *** ***
