The problems started at move-inThey lost paperwork which I had sent multiple times and my insurance company had sent directly to themI sat on their computers and extremely slow internet to have it sent for the 4th timeThey were unprepared for my arrival, as the agent I had worked with wasn't in and no one else knew info to cover for themThey couldn't find keys or garage openersI paid a $pet deposit and in pet rent, but no one enforced people cleaning up after their pets and maintenance wasn't done to make up for itSnow removal was not well done eitherTheir late fees are astronomical and they don't adhere to standard rental practices when it comes to grace periods/feesI had to move out because of my work taking me somewhere else and they charged me for everythingThey claimed everything was dirty and they took picturesThe pictures show the opposite of what they claim, it was gleaming cleanThey also would like to charge me for their shoddy workmanship, poor paint job and the condition of items such as the bathtub that needed re-epoxyed and re-caulkedThe move out inspection took place days after I vacated the apartmentDo not rent here and do not rent from this company

I sat on their computers and extremely slow internet to have it sent for the 4th time. They were unprepared for my arrival, as the agent I had worked with wasn't in and no one else knew info to cover for them. They couldn't find keys or garage openers. I paid a $500 pet deposit and 65 in pet rent, but no one enforced people cleaning up after their pets and maintenance wasn't done to make up for it. Snow removal was not well done either. Their late fees are astronomical and they don't adhere to standard rental practices when it comes to grace periods/fees. I had to move out because of my work taking me somewhere else and they charged me for everything. They claimed everything was dirty and they took pictures.
