This place is horrible, they do not care about the tenants. They are so dishonest. Once you move in you will never here from them again. They are very rude. They never return calls. Make sure you take pictures and get everything in writing.

I have already spoken to *** *** and he did in fact move in on Monday October 23, 2017. Unfortunately he did not have all the paperwork we needed on Saturday to move him in. Additionally we have not had any complaints from them since there move in. And I explained why we
were not able to move them in on Saturday

We have had a pest control company come out several times, and each time they found no live roaches inside the apartment home.  We Continued to have the pest Control Company go to the apartment every week to inspect just to try and appease the new resident.  And again never found any live...

roaches.  Unfortunately when living in apartment homes, these pest sometimes come from other apartments, so we also inspected all the connecting units and treated any that may have had any signs of roach activity.
