We are fully aware of *** ***'s caseShe applied August 11, and was deniedHer check for $was sent out to our property by September 9, In which Monday we receive an email from Aptexx stating she did a charge back for the $and $depositHer refund check of $was
voided and we disputed the charge backI explained the process to her and provided her with who is handling this nowI have attached emails in which you can see where everything is explained to herOnce we receive notification that we have received money backWe will cut her check for $and refund to her.

We are fully aware of [redacted]'s case. She applied August 11, 2016 and was denied. Her check for $250 was sent out to our property by September 9, 2016. In which Monday we receive an email from Aptexx stating she did a charge back for the $95 and $250 deposit. Her refund check of $250 was...

voided and we disputed the charge back. I explained the process to her and provided her with who is handling  this now. I have attached emails in which you can see where everything is explained to her. Once we receive notification that we have received money back. We will cut her check for $250 and refund to her.

She has been taken care of! As she has received her refund back of $250.
