Review: I signed up for an apartment on Sept 4th, paid deposit, application fee and the pro-rated first month's rent. Next day on the 5th, I cancelled the apartment and was told I'll get my refund check within the week. I didn't receive a check so on 9/24, I stopped by the office and was told they never processed the check. They informed me they will process the check next day and will give me a call. I asked if they can put money back on my card as thats how I paid for it. they informed me that was not an option and not their practice. Nobody called. I called back on 9/24 and was told they never processed check again. Katherine told me she will issue refund on my card because that is an available option and recently became available. And that I will see a refund back on my card within two business days, no later than Tuesday 9/30 for sure. No refund showed on my card. I called back today and spoke to [redacted], she told me they don't handle refunds and that they will have to issue check. I paid over $1200. I don't understand why I am following up on their mistake more than they should. I would like to get compensated for my time and the stress I have been put thru. I expect to get my refund TODAY!!!Desired Settlement: I would like to get compensated for my time and the stress I have been put thru. I EXPECT TO GET MY REFUND TODAY!!!
