AC has been out since march,2020 ,I've complained about 6-7 times different times up until June 2020 ,
AC hasn't worked since march2020 ,I complained about 7 times ,they brought in a new outside unit ,suppose issue, turned out to be a leak in the inside unit ,got a new inside unit ,but still didnt fix the issue ,now the issue is somewhere inside between inside and outside Units ,but for now they just put in a small window unit that barely blows any air,.and they haven't updated me on what they're going to do to fix my actual AC ,.yet I continue to pay my rent on time ,also my bathtub has several cracks after they fixed the first time ,I've complained since I believe April 2020 and they havnt fixed it yet

Desired Outcome

Until they completely repair my ac,I ask for a rent deduction

SMELLING TOILET-SEWER & TIE N TOILET NOT SECURE 2 FLOOR, LEAKIN KITCHEN, LIQUID RUN N DWN WALL, ROACHES,PROMISED BUT NOT FIXED SENSE 2018
LIVING AT PECAN KNOLL HAV BEEN NITEMARE. BEFORE NEW MANGE MENT I WAS PROMISED NEW PAINT WHOLE APARTMENT AND NEW CARPET, STOVE AND TOILET. NEW MANAGERS AGREED TO THIS DUE 2 CARPET SO OLD AND LOOKS LIKE LIQUIDS R RUNNING DOWN THE WALLS. THE SMELL IS SO BAD IN MY BATHROOM SMELLS LIKE SEWER, TOILETS IS NOT STABLE TO THE FLOOR SO AFRAID TOILET WILL GO THREW THE BTTOM OF THE FLOOR, TOILET HAS BEEN REPLACED ABOUT 3'S IN 2 MONTHS PERIOD. THE TOIET FLUSHES BY ITS SELF, WATER DOES NOT FILL UP IN THE BOWL BECAUSE CAN NOT TURN WATER ALL THE WAY UP IN THE BACK OF THE TOILET BECAUS THE WATER LEAKS ALL OVER THE FLOOR. ISSUE HASNT BEEN FIXED TILE THREW OUT THE KITCHEN N BATHROOM IS LIFTING IS TORN IN PLACE I WAS TOLD THAT DOUBLE TILE WAS PUT ON THE FLOORS, I HAVE TRIPPED N FAIL SEVERAL TIMES I WAS TOLD BY MANAGEMENT THAT I WOULD HAV TO MOVE TO A DIFFERENT APPARTMENT AND MY RENT WOULD INCREASE OVER $120 WHICH IT IS POOR MAINTANCNE AND MANAGEMENT WITH THEIR PATCH UP WORK THEY ARE DOIN TO THIS APARTMENT. KITCHEN FAUCET STILL LEAKS, THE FAUCET HAS BEEN REPLACED THE PIPES STILL LEAKS INTO THE CABNETS & FLOOR WHICH CAUSES BUGS AND ROACHES. I HAVE COMPLAINED ABOUT MY STOVE NOT WORKIN ON BAKE FOR SEVERAL MONTHS THEY HAVNT DONE NOTHING. I HAVE SPOKE TO MANAGEMENT AND CORPERATE SEVERAL TIMES ABOUT THIS WATER ISSUE WHICH THEY ARE AND HAV OVER CHARGED ME FOR THE PAST SEVERAL MONTHS BASED ON ARVERING THE COST BETWEEN RESIDENTS. AFTER RENEWEING MY LEAST LAST YEAR TWICE, I WAS PROMISE THESE THINGS TO B DONE, DUE TO THE NEW RENOVATION OF THE APARTMENTS THEY WOULD GET TO ME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, THEN RENEWING MY LEAST AGAIN AND AFTER COMPLAINING TO TO SELA MANAGER AND SHE INFORMED ME THAT I WOULD HAV 2 MOVE OUT MY APT AND MOVE INTO A NEW RENOVATED APT WHICH WOULD MAKE MY RENT GO UP TO $940 AMONTH FOR A 1 BEDROOM. THEY HAD A VEY BAD WATER LEAK OUT SIDE MY BULDING THAT TOOK SEVERAL DAYS TO FIX WHICH HAD BEEN GOIN ON FOR MONTHS EVEN YRS. I WENT TO THE OFFICE TO ASK THEM WHY MY WATER BILL WAS GOIN SO HIGH TO MY SUPRISE ZEDA TOLD WE TENENATS WERE BEING CHARGED TO FIX THE WATER LEAK OUTSIDE NOT OWNERS OF THE POPERTY, THAT THEY WERE IVIDING BILLS BETWEEN TENENATS. I ALSO HAVE SPOKE WITH THE OFFICE ABOUT THEIR WORKERS JUST TRYIN TO UNLOCK MY DOOR SWITCHING THE HANDLE WITHOUT ANNOUCING THEMSELVES BECAUSE THERE HAVE BEEN SO MANY ROBBERIES, BREAK INS (MY CAR WAS BROKEN INTO COUPLE MONTHS AGO) SEVERAL KILLINGS WITHIN THE PAST YEAR. I HAVE MADE IT VERY CLEAR TO THE OFFICE THAT I CARRY A WEAPON AND THEY SHOULD PLEASE INFORM THE MAINTANACE THAT I ARMED THEY SHOULD ANNOUCNE THEMSELVES WHICH THEY HAVE NOT DONE ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS I HAVE TO ANNOUNCE TO WHO EVER WAS AT MY DOOR THAT I WAS ARMED AND ON 2 OTHER OCCASIONS MEN HAD COME INTO MY APARTMENT WHILE I WAS HOME SCARED ME TO DEATH AND I HAD TO PULL MY WEAPON OUT WHEN I HERD SUMTHING IN MY LIVING ROOM. ON 5/7/19 MAINTANCE TRIED TO OPEN MY DOOR WITHOUT ANNOUNCING THEMSELVES, I STOOD BY THE DOOR TRYIN 2 LISTEN I LOOKED OUT PEEP HOLE AND SAW A MAN (MAINTANCE THAT I HAD TOLD TO ANNOUNCE HIMSLEF SEVERAL TIMES BEFORE) I YELLED AT THE DOOR THEN HE ANNOUNCED HIMSELF AT THAT TIME SO I SWUNG OPEN MY DOOR WITH MY WEAPON IN MY SITE NOT THEIRS I AND A LADY THAT I HAD NEVER SEEN BEFORE, HAD PAPER IN HER HANDS I TOLD THEM BOTH DO NOT TRY 2 OPEN MY DOOR WITHOUT ANNOUCING THEM SELVES EVER AGAIN BECAUS IT IS DANGEROUS OVER HERE AND I BE ARMED, SO THE LADY PROCEED 2 MOVE ME AND STUCK A PIECE OF PAPER N THE INSIDE OF MY DOOR INSTEAD OF HANDING IT TO ME IN MY HANDS, I ASKED HER WHAT IN *** WAS SHE DOIN DNT EVER TOUCH ME AGAIN, SHE SAI I WAS LATE ON MY MAY RENT, AFTER GOIN TO THE OFFICE MANAGER, SHE SAID I HAD 2 TALK TO THE LADY THAT PUSHED ME, THE OTHE LEASING AGENTS INFORMED ME IT WATER BILL OF $254 & $10 FROM DECEMBER MY WATER BILL. MY WATER BILL HAVE NEVER BEEN OVR $45. I DONT OWE, ALL THE OLD ASST MANAGERS ARE NO LONGER THEIR I CONTACT CORPERATED WAS VERY RUDE JUST LIKE LEASING OFFICE. HISPANICS ARE TREATED SPECIAL

Desired Outcome

I WOULD HAVE TO MOVE OUT OF THIS APARTMENT WITHOUT HAVING TO PAY THE SUCH LARGE HUGE AMOUT THAT THEY ARE REQUESTING I PAY WHEN THESE PROBLEMS ARE NOT MY FAULT. THE PROBLEMS ARE DUE TO MANAGEMENT NEGLET TO THE APARTMENT. IN ORDER TO FIX ALL OF THE PROBLEMS. FIX THE FLOORS THAT HAS TILE. FIX THE LEAKS IN THE BATHROOM AND FIXING THE FLOOR WERE THE TOILET IS ABOUT TO FAIL THREW THE FLOOR. FIX THE LEAKS UNDER THE KITCHEN WERE THE WATER LEAKS ROTTEN THE CABNET. PAINT ALL OF THE WALLS WERE THEY LOOK LIKE A SUBSTANCE IS ROLLING DOWN THE WALLS. THE CARPET NEEDS TO BE REPLACE BECAUS THEY ARE SOOLD. THE STOVE NEEDS TO BE REPLACED BEACUSE I CANT BAKE IN THE STOVE BECAUS IT DOENT WORK ON BAKE. FIX THE BALANCE OF THE WATER BILL THAT THEY SAY I OWE. ADDRESS THE ROACH PROBLEM. I DONT OWE NO WATER BILL I WOULD HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED BACK IN DECEMBER SENCE THEY SAID I OWED WATER BILL IN DECEMBER. THE MAINTANCE TO KNOCK ON THE DOOR AND ANNOCNE THEMSELVES BEFORE EVEN PUTTING THEIR KEYS INTO THE DOOR.

is a resident of Pecan Knoll and lives in #1512. Her downstairs neighbor reported a leak in her bathroom, maintenance went upstairs to repair the cut off valve on ***'s toilet supply line on 5/8/19. *** refused maintenance to enter her apartment saying she needed a notice for anyone to enter her apartment. On 5/9/19 the manager, Celena posted a notice to enter for emergency maintenance on ***'s door. On 5/10/19 maintenance went to complete the work order as scheduled, Fidencio tightened up the shut off valve to the toilet. On 5/10/19 a eviction was filed on *** for non payment of rent. On 5/11/19 #1511 reported that the leak had started back again. Maintenance attempted to go to *** Harts apartment to again repair the shut off valve and was refused entrance. *** called the city code enforcement complaining we were not repairing the leak on her toilet. On 5/22/19 code enforcement came out to investigate the complaint and found there was a leak coming from *** Harts shut off valve, once again maintenance went and tightened the shut off valve, upon leaving again there was not leak. A day later the leak came back and *** has refused entrance into her apartment again. The leak has gone on for so long that the resident in #1511 had to transfer to another unit. The bathroom ceiling in #1511 has now collapsed. We continue to gain entrance into *** Harts apartment and have been refused. We are evicting *** and have received a judgment on 5/29/19. On June 3rd *** filed a paupers affidavit. On June 6th we were informed that there has also been a fair housing complaint filed against the Pecan Knoll Apts. We would like to be able to make repairs in *** Harts apartment and her not to turn the cut off valve on causing the leak and damage to our building.
