I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

[redacted] [redacted]I deny all accusations by the Landlord, I was falsely accused of noise disturbance due to my normal walking inside my apartment, and my radio being played that could not be herd outside of my apartment.  There is no doubt that this location was targeting me and falsely accusing me of loud noise, subleasing (into which in the letter I was told that I had to remove everyone in my apartment with in 3 days, I had no one living there ever), and lastly I was accused of even having um-permitted furniture inside of my apartment.  Each time I came home for 2 hours in the morning and the little time I was there, I was accused of stomping the floors.  It is NOT my fault this location built floors so thin that people under have to complain!  I offered management to come to my apartment to see the way I walk to prove there is no stomping, instead they decided to continue with harassing me and threats about evicting me and taking steps to evict me.  This false accusation brought a great amount of stress upon me because I don't have all the time to go looking for other places to live, I didn't do anything wrong, and lastly I was being falsely accused of multiple things that I had no idea I was doing wrong.  To alleviate the the situation, I would like to have recorded proof of my stomping and my aggression towards anyone here.  If not, I still seek damages for harassing me with multiple amount of emails and threats of evicting me, as well as the amount of stress they caused.  I was not staying there during this whole time maybe couple days out of the month because of the torment they brought onto me since I moved in.  I spoke to the landlords attorney and he stated that management needs to come to my apartment and observe me walk and have someone down stairs witness the noise and see what it sounds like, management declined.  lastly, if I was being loud and obnoxious I would like to know what other tenants complaint about my loud noise?  or was there even other tenants that complaint?  I don't think there is.  I talked to the resident who lived below me nicely, and she stated that originally she wanted to live in the unit I was living in, and that she was very sand because it was already rented out, to me I was used as an escape goat, and instead of management understanding my side and try to understand that I wasn't doing anything wrong at any time, they decided to bash me, harass me, make false accusations, and even threat to evict me.  I will produce emails to you showing all my cooperation since day one, and how I was being nice always to try to resolve what ever was going on, and none of that was honored nor was I ever given the chance to present my case to them.  I hope that this email makes you understand that in the beginning I was very happy and excited to live here, that was until all these false accusations came to my present, to the point where I did stay there, I was even afraid to walk to the bathroom at night or my kitchen to get water because I was scared that I would have a letter on my front door or email saying I was stomping.  The day I spoke to the tenant downstairs, she stated that the night before there was loud music and loud stomping coming from my apartment, and I said "well that's very weird because I did't sleep there last night and its impossible that there was noise coming from my place, and proceeded with asking her; why didn't you call security? her reply was, "it didn't cross my mind."   Even after I mentioned this to management, they still went on and said that I was aggressive and rude, and once again management didn't consider anything I was saying, all I got was threatening letters.  I ask for recorded proof of my loud and or obnoxious manner, and would like to know if any what other tenants complained about my noise level if any.  I know my surrounding neighbors and I am yet to hear of anyone complaining.  If these cant be produce I seek damages for what I stated previously.  Thank you for you time.
