Hello,I have looked at the business answer towards my complaint on the copy of a lease page it says “either party may terminate this lease by providing a written day notice to the other party”Which was done, written notice with move out date January 31st was provided to the office stuff member in NovemberTaking in account multiple noise complaints from us - written and verbal - which was stated as one of the reasons of moving out on the notice, I considered lease agreement terminated as of January 31st and do not agree with a fact I was obligated to pay rent or utilities for February.Unfortunately I didn’t make/receive a copy of move out notice from the office upon completion but I’d assume we can request it from the business.? Is there anything else we can do to resolve the issue??

I have attached the lease contract which expired on 2/28/18, ledger of rent posted on 2/1/for February 1- rent charge , move out charges on account which included removal of a dresser, bags of trash, and a heavy clean, security deposit statement which shows deposit on file which was used
to off set the February rent charge and move out charges, collection sent to Fabco showing charges, incident report reported to manager along with manager notes of conversations with the resident. Documents of all monies owed are in the attached statements. Please let me know if documentation is needed
