We were erroneously charged for a two night stay at Pelican HillApproximately $We did not make the reservation and we brought it to their attention and after months of back and forth they refused to refund our moneyPretty despicable business practices if you asked me Why would you take someone's money under pretense and refuse to refund it? We were erroneously charged for a two night stay at Pelican Hill. Approximately $1000. We did not make the reservation and we brought it to their attention and after 6 months of back and forth they refused to refund our money. Pretty despicable business practices if you asked me. Why would you take someone's money under false pretense and refuse to refund it? Our only recourse now is to file a small claims lawsuit. We want to warn others to beware. This is not a moral company. They are not a reputable company. Beware.
