Revdex.com ID#: [redacted] To whom it may concern:Thank you for your letterWe strive to offer the highest customer service possible and look forward to growing and learning how to better serve our residents both past and present, [redacted] recently moved out in October of this year, She had a security deposit on file that would be partially refunded after all final charges, damages, etcwere deductedMiss [redacted] was informed that the amount of the security deposit remaining would be sent to her from our corporate office in Phoenix, Arizona.The final move out statement was sent the same day of move out-October 1, to both our corporate office and to Miss ***The statement documented the amount of the refund check that would be sent.Miss [redacted] called a couple of weeks later asking if the check had arrivedShe refused to leave a forwarding address so she asked if the refund check could be sent to the office so she could pick it up in personI notified my accounting department at our corporate office to do soI told Miss [redacted] that I would call her and let her know when the check arrived.Due to issues with our bank the refunds were delayed while our accounting department worked with our bank to resolve these issuesMiss [redacted] was told numerous times that the check was not yet sent but it would be as soon as possibleSince the refund took longer than expected to process I began sending Miss [redacted] email updates regarding the status of the refundMiss [redacted] called almost daily inquiring about her checkI spoke to her and apologized for the delay and said that I had been corresponding via email in order to document our communication and the time lineMiss [redacted] then informed me that she did not ever check her email and was upset that she never got those messagesI told her that I would both call and email once the check was sent.I called Miss [redacted] on Monday November 16, letting her know that the check was being sent via [redacted] and should arrive on Wednesday November 18th by 3pmThe check arrived on Wednesday November 18th and Miss [redacted] was immediately notified via phone that the check was here in the office and ready for pick upMiss [redacted] expressed that she would be in shortly to pick up the check in person.We definitely appreciate Miss ***'s patience and understanding during this processWe are pleased that the refund check has now been received.Thank you,Elaine C***Business ManagerAlliance Residential Company
