Review: I ordered and paid over $500.00 for a [redacted] 7 Qt. Commercial Stand Mixer that represents it mixes and "is strong enough to knead the heaviest breads." The first time I used the mixer proved to be false advertisement, because the [redacted] mixes okay, but definitely DOES NOT knead dough. I called The Restaurant Store to return the mixer and was told because the item was used it could not be returned. I asked how I was supposed to know the mixer wouldn't knead dough and "[redacted]" the sales rep. told me he didn't know, but it could not be returned. I asked for a supervisor and was told someone would have to call me back, which has NOT occurred.Desired Settlement: I just want to return the mixer and get my money back.
