Each time I call I get hung up on. Today *** started playing games pressing button to make mary had a little lamb on telephone key pad.
Then he hung up on me. I have been hung up on by them at least 7 times today and 10s to 100s of times in the past.
They refuse to serve me in anyway possible. This a has occurred at their sites in the USA, Mexico and the Philippines.

Contact by the Business Why am I getting hung up on and why are people at your company making fun of me and playing mental games?
We have removed the Complainant's number that he provided in his Complaint from our calling list and will not contact him. We comply with all applicable laws and enforce the highest levels of professionalism for our staff and are not certain what he feels our staff did incorrectly. However, we will not contact him in the future and treat this complaint as a "do not call" request. If Mr. McMahon would like additional numbers he owns removed from our calling lists, please ask him to provide them.
My complaint was not about them calling me but instead them hanging up on me when I call them. Please address the hang up issue.
This 2nd reply still ignores the fact that I was calling them not the other way around. They say they removed me from their call list but that still does not help when they answer my call on the phone regarding my prescription drugs. Because of their repeated hang up I have been unable to get my medications. They are the call center for my RX plan.

Thank you. We investigated this further and determined that we only handle the Spanish caller line for this healthcare client (the # Mr. McMahon gave was 888-811-3515). If Mr. McMahon was calling that number and communicating with English speaking customer service agents, that telephone line is not serviced by The Results Companies or a company affiliated with Results so he was speaking with agents from another company, not ours. We recommend that he call the number again and select English to attempt the call again.
