Manager
We engaged Michael Corgiat at The Retirement Group to assist with retirement planning, with particular questions around defined benefit buybacks, as well as tax effectiveness for our retirement plan. Michael was very detailed, and responsive to all of our questions. I really enjoyed the Starbucks card he sent me also for referring to a co-worker.

Manager Finance
Brent and Paul provide amazing service! Brent’s years of experience in so many different aspects of investing ensures that all my needs are met. They are very professional, provide regular updates on my investments and respond quickly I have been with Brent for 19 years even before the inception of TRG. That speaks to Brent's professionalism and in-depth knowledge of the industry. Through the ups and downs of the markets, I have been a client at TRG, Brent Wolf and Paul for more years that I can remember and have always been more than satisfied with the advice I have received. Brent and his team are professional, patient and welcoming. We have been with TRG, Brent and Paul for over 13 years now. Over that time they have advised us on investment growth, life insurance, POA and Wills. Brent and the Team are honest, clear and to the point. They have exceeded our expectations and continue to keep us content that our accounts are in good hands.

Accounts Manager
Matt C was extremely helpful and professional. He anticipated our business needs and was able to tailor a personalized solution specifically for my business. I would definitely recommend him, I can't find even one complaint. It's been about 2 years that we have been using the professional services of TRG . They are very responsible and dedicated. My family and I are satisfied with them since we have got the best quality of services. It is not easy to find a retirement planning company that knows the Chevron benefits plan and still delivers the high quality service that TRG delivers. Having experiences with more than 5 other companies, I have found The Retirement Group and Matt C, the most professional among all. Specially, in terms of understanding your needs and providing client-tailored service in a timely-manner. The chocolate chip cookies they sent me were really the best I have ever tasted! Thanks TRG!

My family and I have used this company’s insurance services for more than 5 years. We are completely satisfied with their professional services and strongly recommend them. Dan is an expert and a really nice person who always offers a great stress free process! The complimentary Retirekit they gave me helped me really understand when is the best time to retire from AT&T. I also appreciated the webinars, they are very easy to watch on Zoom and are easy to understand. I have watched some webinars that are just boring and would put you right to sleep. But not TRG, this team is engaging and very helpful!

Pension planning
I attended a Zoom-Webex on Pension planning for KP employees. Michael Corgiat did a great job. I had so many questions on the Interest Rates and how they affect my Pension at KP. I'll be giving them a call to set up an appointment.

Pension planning
After a morning from hell and in a terrible mood , I now know what happens to average people After being burned out on video meeting and sick and tired of looking at my screen. This is how road rage starts and why people snap on plane trips . After my co-worker calmed me down after my call and gave me a XANAX I was coerced to see a Virtual Retirement and Benefits Seminar on Pension planning for PG&E employees. The Word choice has now changed from Covid, Delta Omicron variant , epidemialogist, virology test kits , and false positives replaced by Words like lump vs annuity, age penalties, NUA and age penalties, interest rates, health care increases Steve Boblis did a great job. I had so many questions on the Interest Rates and how they affect my Pension at PG&E. I'll be giving them a call to set up an appt using Zoom for free 15 minute discussion.

Tax Planning
I work for ConocoPhilips and was invited to attend a webinar on Tax Planning. The information was very helpful and informative, especially the part about 72t as I really had no idea how that worked. Thank you Patrick Ray for the presentation I will be calling soon.

Administrative Assistant
Working at The Retirement Group has been nothing but a good experience for me. I don’t have any complaints about it other than all the restrictions that came with COVID. Of course they were just following state regulations though.

The Retirement Group
I work for The Retirement Group and don’t have any complaints other than the issues the pandemic caused. My hours got cut and it was difficult to work from home with my children being home also. I am looking forward to going back to the office.

Working for The Retirement Group
I don’t have any complaints about working here other than my hours being cut when the pandemic started. I hope when this is over I can go back to the office. I really enjoyed working with Steve Boblis and the rest of the employees.

The Retirement Group
I worked for The Retirement Group for a couple years and the only complaint I have is that the office was always so cold. I really enjoyed working with Tyson Mavar however, he taught me so much. I hope I can go back to working there when this pandemic ends.

Financial Advising assistant
I have never had any problems with working for this company until COVID happened. I know it’s out of their control but there has got to be better policies set into place!

Review: Representatives of this company whether at this or a former address already posted with Revdex.com cold call employees of my company and also specifically myself representing themselves as somehow affiliated with the retirement benefits management of Chevron employees. Really they are fishing for information and are attempting to trick us into showing up for luncheons, meetings etc to obtain our business. During these phone calls they never clarify that they do not currently have business with our employees nor that the reason they are calling is for advertisement purposes. They don't inform us why they want our information and they don't tell us that the call could be recorded or how the information they ask for will be used.Desired Settlement: They need to stop calling altogether. There are plenty of ways to send offers by other safer, less suspect, more above board means. The other ways allow them the dignity of appearing to be an honest business rather than criminals.

+1

We apologize you had a bad experience with someone on the phone. The purpose of the call was to invite you to a Zoom webinar for Chevron employees. The Retirement Group is an independent advisory firm. We take very seriously anyone indicating we are affiliated companies and we have posted disclaimers on our website to ensure that we are not saying we are affiliated or endorsed by any company. Please call us at 800-900-5867 if you have any concerns or questions.
