I am unable to reply via the website.Please accept this email as a reply to complaint # [redacted] .Ms [redacted] did indeed receive her refund in a timely manner.We do not have Direct Deposit capabilities, so an actual check was mailed directly to her.She did confirm, on 1/28/16, that she received her check.She is disputing an additional $43.60, however, this is not due to her.The balance of her Security Deposit of $was applied to outstanding utility charges, upon her move out.Our Assistant Manager has tried to explain this, in detail, to Ms [redacted] on several occasions.Ms [redacted] is not understanding that there is no money due at this time.She received the balance of her account.Attached please find a copy of her Final Account Statement
1. The community's water is based on a heater/boiler loop system. If there is a plumbing emergency, water must be turned off for the entire community while the repair is completedIn times of an emergency, no advance notice can be given. If we need to shut off water for routine
maintenance, we can plan and schedule. During these times all residents are notified in advance of the shut off.2. Every resident has a standard monthly rental payment, which is based on the length of their lease termThe rental amount does not fluctuate. Residents are also billed for all utilities on a RUBS system based on usage. This amount can change from month to month, based on use, as billed to us by utility companies.3. We are sorry to hear about your fall, last winter. If you would like to submit a claim, please contact our Resident Services Department at ***.4. Our Courtesy Patrol is on duty, on a nightly basis. Unfortunately, Albuquerque's crime rate is consistently highVandalism has increased throughout the City

I am rejecting this response because: When I reviewed account statement online, it showed $43.60 credit applied to an account on 11/28/2015, but they reversed credit again on 11/29/2015. I paid a full month rent for November, which was $558.80. My rent should be $552 because when I signed a 10 months lease, my rate was $552 a month.
