I am responding in regards to the above case numberThe prospect had applied for an apartment with the knowledge that the app fee was non-refundable regardless of the outcome of the applicationOne of the conditions of our
application is that any past landlord balances must be paid in full by ALL adult household members listed on the applicationI have attached the credit report we had received for the above applicant along with the provided documentation we received from the applicantUnfortunately, only one landlord balance was paid in full and we did not receive documentation that the other balance had been satisfiedTherefore, this application was denied and the applicant was notifiedIn order to adhere to the fair housing and property guidelines we are unable to make an exception and refund the applicant's application feePlease let me know if you should need any further clarification from me
