Horrible company. Solicitous and aggressive; does not respect the Do-Not-Call list. Please, please, please, do not use this company for any real estate dealings. I know you can find someone with morals and a conscience in Washington and Oregon if you need to sell or buy. Working with this group only supports criminals and solicitors. Read the reviews by employees online- those with a conscience or who seem to care for people don't last long. Those who like working there are slaves to the almighty dollar, and cannot be trusted.

Only giving one star because I had to. I'd give negative stars if I could. Owner Aaron Rian needs to reign things in and act with some integrity.

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: I never saw the property before closingI was told all repairs were made, there were no exceptions mentionedI even asked about getting a second inspection but was told by Bryan "it is not necessary, we don't sign until repairs are completed"I was also told at one point by Bryan (after I moved in) that the seller purchased a warranty and I should look into thatThey didn't purchase a warrantyIf repairs were not possible that should have been negotiated in the selling priceAs far as who is responsible for what, maybe that should have been discussed with me prior to being told repairs were completedHOA said they are not responsible.
Sincerely,
*** ***

We will send you the contractors information that made the repairs in the bathroom so they can correct itThe HOA is responsible for the exterior and if there is still water getting in, they should correct the siding to prevent the water intrusion

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I chose not to sell the house. The house has been rented as of Oct 26, 2017. Therefore, the house should be taken off the market and the listing contract withdrawn without any further contingencies.
Sincerely,
*** ***

After searching our system we do not find the property address or phone number in our records as anyone that we have called or attempted to call We have added the phone number to our companies internal DNC list to safe guard that our agents/staff members would not call it

The agreement that was signed was an exclusive listing contract which gives The Rian Group the exclusive right to market, and sell this propertyThe complaint is 100% inaccurate that we will not allow the client to rent their homeWe offered to withdraw the listing fee of charge to the client so
they would have no issues renting itThe property would be in a withdrawn status which would protect our right to sell the property should the owner decide to do soIt sounded to the manager whom was handling the file that the issue at hand was they wanted to rent it so we did everything we could to complyAfter hearing the client's reaction to the solution we gave them it became clear they were simply trying to avoid their contractual obligations to our firm.? Our offer still stands to withdraw the home off the market if the clients true intention is to rent itIf their intention is to try to avoid their contractual obligations regarding selling their home we intend to enforce the contract that was signed
